Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - BEFORE PURCHASING. Buy purchasing from you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Satisfaction Warranty.
All goods we offer carry a satisfaction warranty (unless otherwise stated in description). We request in the event of you not being satisfied with your item/s, you contact us before returning item/s.
Dispatch of lots
We aim to dispatch all paid lots within 3 working days (Monday – Friday) of Payment.
All lots will include a handling & packing fee not exceeding £5 per order, this is included in the postage charge at checkout.
UK
All UK mailings Recorded Delivery.
OVERSEAS
All lots selling up to £34 will be sent Standard Airmail. We do not ship anything Surface Mail. Therefore please do not ask.
A mailings sent to PR China including HK China, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, majority of Central African countries & Russian Federation will be sent International Signed for. An extra charge will be made for the service. NO EXCEPTIONS.
WORLDWIDE
All lots sent Parcelforce will incur a mandatory £3.00 charge for insurance.
Accepted Payment Methods
NOTE. We do not accept IBAN Transfers or Direct Bank Transfers due to High Charges imposed by UK Banks.
Paypal preferred in all cases, payments can be made in Sterling, Euro or US$. If paying using e-cheque via Paypal, this form of payment can take up to 10 working days to clear
Personal Cheques - Drawn ONLY on a UK Banks in Sterling. These will be cleared prior to posting. Please allow up to 10 days for this.
Overseas - Paypal Only. If you wish to offer payment by other method/s please email / telephone me first.
No other forms of payment accepted. Any buyer paying by other methods will the have their payment returned.
Return of goods
Goods will only be accepted for return under the following terms:
· All returns must be authorised and a returns number obtained
· The buyer emails us in the FIRST instance BEFORE returning and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of good.
· All goods MUST be returned in the condition as dispatched. Any goods altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
· The goods ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of goods
· Goods (if accepted by us) - That are as described - will be subject to a fee of up to 20% for restocking
· All new clothing (if accepted for refund) can only be returned in condition supplied – i.e. WITH ORIGINAL TAGS still attached and original product packaging
The buyer pays the return postage unless arranged PRIOR TO the item being returned. Refunds for Goods Received damaged/broken in transit
A refund will only be given for items damaged in transit if they have been insured. Refunds will only be paid after I have received payment from the insurers.
Postal / shipping charges will not be refunded as Royal Mail and Parcel Force no longer refund these charges when claims are paid. Cost of goods only will be paid.
Postage, Packing and Shipping
All multiple purchases will be added together to save postal charges. Please wait until we can send a combined invoice. If you pay before a combined invoice is sent we will not refund the excess postal charges.
REFUNDS for Goods Received / damaged broken in transit
Postal / shipping charges will not be refunded as Royal Mail and Parcel Force no longer refund these charges when claims are paid. Cost of goods only will be paid.
A refund WILL ONLY be given for item/s damaged in transit under the following terms where the above procedure has been followed completely:
· The GOODS WERE SHIPPED with insurance, see note below
· "Dispatch Method (Insured)". {To comply with the UPU (Universal Postal Union) insurance schemes - THE RECEIVER is duty bound to CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE PACKAGE AND IT`S CONTENT WHILE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DELIVERING-PERSON (Whether he or she likes it or not) AND INFORM BOTH THAT PERSON AND HIS EMPLOYERS IMMEDIATELY, if the contents are damaged / missing - because claims WILL NOT be recognised as valid if this procedure has not been followed, and a statement to this effect will be required from the addressee, stating the actual delivering-persons’ name to whom it was reported as well as their respective authorities together with the date of delivery}
· All packaging is to be retained by the buyer, for inspection by the Postal Authorities, in the event of such a request by them
Refunds will only be paid once we have been paid by the relevant shipping insurance schemes
